3 X Mechanical Maintenance Engineers required for ongoing temporary job roles, to start urgently in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Shift work, based in a hotel, doing Maintenance, paying up to £18.35p/h.

Mechanical Maintenance job duties
To carry out planned & reactive Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance within the high standards expected. To provide first line response to all Maintenance & building emergencies & out of hours when on call.
To ensure all Maintenance jobs & logs are carried out in compliance with health & safety standards. Work within SLA times, job orders up to date in real time. To ensure materials & parts, are ordered in a timely manner for all jobs while following procedures.
To provide technical support with regards to the Maintenance of the building as required.
Mechanical Maintenance job requirements
The successful candidate for the Maintenance Engineer job will have a recognised apprenticeship or Qualification in a Mechanical trade. Significant job experience in maintenance ideally gained within a job in the hotel environment.
Knowledge of HVAC, the ability to work unsupervised in a highly pressured job environment & good with working to deadlines. Live within a commutable distance of the job base of Leeds, West Yorkshire. Have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
