Blade Recruitment is looking to fill a foot mobile Maintenance Engineer job based near Liverpool St, London EC2M for an established hotel in central London.
The maintenance engineer job role is working a 40 hr week - shifts, paying to £30k pa with a good benefits package.
Job Duties
The Maintenance Engineer job role will include the following:
The Maintenance Engineer job will be responsible for preventative maintenance & reactive maintenance of plant & equipment.
Responsible for building services & general building maintenance.
The maintenance engineering job requires a good understanding of building fabric, mechanical & electrical plant.
The maintenance engineer will be responsible for plumbing, painting & decorating, M&E, hot & cold water supply.
Job Requirements
The Maintenance Engineer will be required to have:
The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Engineer job will have experience working in a similar job role, such as a handyman, Maintenance Engineer or Shift Engineer ideally in hotels or hospitality.
The Maintenance Engineer job will require someone competent, , with good organisational skills, a highly skilled tradesman with a good plumbing background.
The Maintenance Engineer job requires excellent communication skills, a maintenance engineer with immaculate presentation, who can communicate at all levels.

The Maintenance Engineer job will be based near to Liverpool Street Station, London EC2M 7PP.
